Do I need a referral from my health care practitioner (Doctor, Physician Assistant, Nurse Practitioner, Chiropractor)?
Whlle we always encourage you to be in communication with your practitioner, we do not requre a referral.
How do I know if I am a good candidate for health coaching?
You are looking to make lifestyle changes and are open to guidance. Your practitioner has given you general areas of improvement and/or specific goals and you are in need of extra support and accountbility.
Do you accept insurance?
We do not accept insurance at this time.
What are your forms of payment?
Debit card, credit card, apple pay and goodle pay.
How are your sessions conducted?
All sessions are conducted via Zoom, or phone call if internet is unavailable. Sesesions are scheduled through our third party system, Practice Better. Notes from sessions will be sent to client within 48 hours.
How often will I meet with my health coach?
We recommend at least one session every 2 weeks to ensure consistency and time to implement changes.
How can a health coach help with interpreting labs?
While practitioners directly order labs, provide medical interpretation, and create a plan of care, as coaches we educate, coordinate and collaborate to help you mentally and emotionally process the test findings. We can utilize lab results to support your self-efficacy and the personalized action steps that lead to health improvements.
